Subfloor Cleaning

Subfloors are rarely cleaned after computer room installation. This is evidenced by the amount of abandoned cords, debris, that were left behind and haven’t been touched since installation. Our team will get into the crawl space, clear the debris, and clean the dust that has settled in the space with antistatic technologies. This space should be cleaned yearly at a minimum.

Computer Room Cleaning / Server Rack Cleaning

Dust can settle on top of the cabinets and sometimes even inside them and definitely if you don’t have doors on them. Computer Room Air Conditioner Cleaning / Computer Room Air Handler Cleaning

Keeping your servers cool is of the utmost importance. Our team is skilled at cleaning specialized cooling units that are specifically used in Data Center Environments. Keeping the system clean and clear of contaminants is vital to the operation of your equipment. Regular cleaning should be scheduled to maintain the integrity of the air conditioner and air handler. We recommend 1 to 2 times a year on average. 

Full HVAC Cleaning

HVAC Systems should be completely cleaned after the construction phase of a data center finishes so contaminated air isn’t blowing around your expensive equipment. After that, it should be inspected yearly. Each part of the HVAC system needs to be cleaned on a different schedule. Air Handlers should be cleaned at the beginning of each cooling season and the end of each cooling season. Cooling Towers should be cleaned at least every couple of years and the full system including the ducting needs to be every 3-5 years.
