What Preventative Maintenance Cleaning Looks Like:

Our team will visit your data center and discuss the areas that have either been problematic or have been identified as an area that needs special attention due to excess buildup or high use. We will develop a preventative maintenance schedule that works with the operations of your facility allowing you to have the highest uptime possible. We will create a plan for how often each service needs to be executed and any special considerations that need to be taken during the cleaning. A Special Note About Cooling Towers
Bi-annual Cooling tower cleaning is essential to preventing legionella bacteria from growing in your cooling towers and spreading throughout your facility. Cleaning your cooling towers before the start of the cooling season and at the end of the cooling season will also improve the energy efficiency at the facility which is important for keeping your LEED status.
