Along with an initial cleaning, we offer maintenance plans to ensure your facility remains safe. Our team has the know-how to keep ourselves safe while also protecting your facility during the cleaning process. We require only essential personnel be on the premises due to the dangers of combustible dust.

What Combustible Dust Removal Process Looks Like

Using the latest grounded, non-spark capturing technology, combustible dust is collected, contained, and disposed of. Our team uses protective equipment, both through what we wear and the machinery used, in coordination with grounding measures to eliminate any potential heat or spark during cleaning. One process we perform requires the facility to be shut down due to the explosive nature of the material being remediated.

When Combustible Dust Removal Is Needed

Combustible dust removal is needed when a hazard is present, an example would be when the thickness of a paperclip has built up (1/32 of an inch). This needs to occur on a regular basis for any facility producing products made with combustible materials. It is also good after extended periods of production, after a failure in the capturing system, or as a preventive maintenance program in any facility, including offices and data centers. If there is a buildup of known combustible dust in your facility, this service is needed as soon as possible.
