Overview

Our team values your privacy and understands the importance of keeping the details of your company private to the level you require. We have several measures in place to keep your information private and will incorporate additional requests when necessary. 

Our Team Members

Our team members undergo a background check and a drug test upon being hired at Clear Air Enviro-Services. If your company requires its own background checks and drug screenings we are more than happy to comply with the request and will provide all relevant information and arrange a time to complete the requests. We will need to be notified of any background checks or testing that needs to be completed well in advance of your project so that our team can complete it prior to work on the job site commencing. 

They undergo extensive training in how to perform all the required tasks for their position and a portion of that includes the expectation that our clients’ information stays private. They are expected to not share the location or the name of the company that they are performing work for with anyone who isn’t on a Need to Know basis, this means that they are unable to discuss the clients they are doing work for with anyone in their personal life and often other team members that aren’t on that job site. 

Additional Security Requests

Our team will comply with your security requirements for being on the job site. We understand that each company has its process for clearing personnel for access to the facility and we will complete them to be on your job site. We comply with all NDA requests for the project. All team members assigned to your project will sign all required NDA documents. Any assigned team member who refuses to sign the NDA will be reassigned to other projects not associated with your company. 

Photography

No photos or videos taken at your job site without your express consent and prior arrangement will be used for marketing purposes. Photos will be taken before and after the cleaning to show the client the result of the services provided by Clear Air Enviro-Services. Photos will be taken on company-issued equipment and not personal cell phones. 

Cell Phones

We have several job sites that request that cell phones not be present on the employees at the job site. We are happy to comply with this request when there is another way to reach the team members on the job site. Many of the team members at Clear Air Enviro-Services are caregivers and need to have a way to be contacted in the event of an emergency.
